    I enjoy your videos a lot. Your right, a step by step check list from A to $$$ is the way to go

    I would want, not only video training but also an “online written check list” to go along with the videos.

    I finally have my product website making money and I am now learning about affiliate marketing but not sure where to begin.

    Hi thankyou for your video results, i have my two websites and they both do next to nothing, i dont really mind about that because doing golfballs us not a thing that i want to do long term and that is why i do not have pictures and better copy on them and things like easier to pay systems, as i am just not really interested in doing golf balls, Regards Jerry

    Hi,

    Why not offer different levels as you talk about Platinum, Gold, Silver for ex.

    Yes step-by-step is most important from beginning.

    First step; For ex A-B is a Silver membership and the lowest cost.

    Next step; For ex C-D is a Gold member ship and next level cost.

    Next step; For E-F is a Platinum membership and next and higher cost.

    I have bought several courses, some of them for newbies and some of them was not for newbies. I learned me a lot from them, but there was a missing thing in this.

    I have made my first $100 as most. First time I found money on CB and PayPal I thought it was something wrong… and the strange thing I never have advertised just some forum posting and blog posting. Dumb luck I suppose.

    My first landing page I created for free with NVU, created a blog and forum. Then I found out that I was not interested in this nich and deleted this.

    But now I found my niche and have created a new blog but no forum as it take a lot of time to manage a forum with all “bad” links in members area.

    It was meant that my forum should be secret and only for members (never sent out this offer) but it was found by everyone and the forum page that was most viewed was “Quotation” page.

    Could I do this everyone can as I was determined that I am not technical. I changed my mind and decided that I am a great technical super person that can mange and overcome whatever comes in my way I fix it.

    And life changed drastically and become so easy and fun.

    Yes, definitely, a thorough step-by-step system would be great! I’ve always been caught running around trying to piece together various programs and I’ve failed miserably. Even in my own promotions, I’ve failed to deliver a good, solid step-by-step. Yet I know from my own experience that’s exactly what most of us need.

    Greetings, I enjoyed the video also very much. I joined a couple JV giveaways and I got my first 35 opted in leads. I was thrilled, but also very scared, I said to myself”oh my God what do I do now”?
    I have an free autoresponder service, Autolistmail.com, it took me several days just to figure out how to set up an email to actually send out to someone. My biggest problem is knowing what to say in the follow up emails. I am afraid if I send out something stupid I will lose the leads I do have. As far as the cost of the program, I would like to be able to go right to the Platinum level, but I don’t have the available credit on my MasterCard.I would absolutely love a basic start up info that actually gives me some real value, so I can start making money because of the more than your normal little bit of worthwhile info from most teaching websites. Usually they start of with a Gold or Bronze level which may give a few products or some give nothing at the free level.I am not saying I want everything for free, but I need someone to realize not everyone has the finances to get to the upper levels of training. I have all the time in the world to work on the info given, I am retired. I actually get up in the morning and go right to my computer and stay online for 12 hours. I absolutely guarantee if some online business person would give me the step by step info, I would be one of those from rags to riches testimonials we hear of all the time. All I need is help.     Michael,
    The video is great. What you are proposing is just what is needed. As you pointed out the information we receive is mostly bits and pieces and no sequence to follow. I have an e-commerce site and advertising is my biggest problem. Yahoo and Amazon are expensive and give poor results. Google Base was my best source of customers but has limited my listings and hurt my traffic. NOTE: Edit as you see fit.

    Step by step will be great.

    If you can really do this, you will soon have many members as the word gets out.

    Make transcripts of the videos. It’s nice to get away from the ear phones once is a while.

    Also, it will be hard to follow a step by step guide if you are constantly having to re-wind the video to get all that was said about some step.

    I have to say you are so infectious with your enthusiasm
    and what wonderfull penmanship hahah betterer than my spelling anyway haha.
    the graduated membership sounds just the ticket to make people aware that they can do things and feel good about themselves through there own results yes yes .
    It may be worth a thought when you see that so many people have been on line working for over a year and like me think of them as new people (how much cash have they let slip away all the time with hosting auto this n that)may be they are not just looking for free but they have no choice but to because they are hangin in by there teeth hahahah yes i still have my own teeth hahahah.
    Well Mick i am not one for soppy but you sound and look as genuine and fair as it is possible to find in this day and age i am proud to be on your list

    Hi! Enjoyed your video. Hits ‘home’ in many ways for me. A little concerned if you are bringing a group up to speed, that it may be harder for those who already accomplished that step. Once you have your ’series’ ready it will be easier ‘to work at your own speed’.
    I already have domains and websites but they are not functional. Already studying with a group to make a business plan, so time a little short as well as funds still. Thanks.

    Thanks, Michael. It was a valuable survey, letting us know what I’ve always known. My written response focused on people having trouble finding niches because that’s where I am at the moment.

    Can’t do much without a niche — even if you’re in IM itself, you’ve got to get specific. I’m really not an expert at anything.

    But I am absolutely determined to make it.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for creating this video and sharing and analyzing the survey results with us.

    I like your plan to create a step-by-step training course to get from zero to making lots of money. However, I believe spending a few weeks or a month on each step is a bit too long. It would probably be at least a year before we would start making any money.

    A week for each step is probably more reasonable. Those that need more time should be able to review the training over and over at their own pace.

    I suggest to start with, you would teach us how to build simple web sites to make money from Adsense and affiliate products, and how to bring lots of free traffic to the sites.

    Once we start to make decent money from those sites we would feel a lot better and more confident, and could spend more time learning more advanced stuff like creating products, PPC advertising, etc.

    I have been watching your videos for awhile now and really enjoy and learn from them. I am in the process of retooling my website which is e commerce but I want to also get an effective affiliate program going to help cover the cost of operations. I have been trying to do this for awhile and still have not made any money. Maybe I am promoting old programs? Anyway Love what you are doing and Baby Steps are what I need.

    I would think a sliding scale system would work better i.e.
    1. complete newbie
    2. have website need product
    3. have website, have product, can do most things needed to run an online business
    4. need help in specific areas

    In other words you would take people from where they are at and their level of expertise.

    Possibly an analysis of where a person is at and what they need to do to progress from there would be useful.

    In my case, I have my own websites, excellent products, but suck at copy writing and marketing; plus my products are for pre-school child development.

    I am well able to produce products for marketers, but my passion is to help children succeed; in other words I like niche marketing, but struggle with the marketing to that niche.

    I am not sure how many of your replies related to this type of issue, but it may be interesting to find out.

    having been online for over 4 years I have pretty much tried it all; with little success.

    The only thing I keep doing is what interests me (making child development products), but making an online living doing it could use your help.

    Grate video like what I hear, hopping for the easy way out of my corner I put my self in.
    3 years on the net , tried what I had thought my self put a site together as just a experiment and discovered 10 months later I had driven, lowest 11 to 135 page views daily and had 1,000,000 clicks !!?? If I had used ( PPC ) I would be bankrupt ! All free ad’s now trying to convert them to paying customers !!!! Wife says if I spend another dollar on The net !!! Well you know!!

    michael..great idea.. as many new marketers have found out.. there is no step by step method.. i have been trying to piece internet marketing together for about 7 months.. still don’t know how to connect all the dots yet.. having trouble with getting images and squeeze page uploaded to my site..both show on site .but only page no image.. these are the things ..new people need to learn..product creation and traffic.too.. like you said.. others show steps ..but their all over the place..not from point a to point b..thank you bob shields

    Very interesting seeing the results of the survey. Very revealing. Nice to know that I am not alone in what is happening to me. I really look forward to you stepping up and getting ready to put together a REAL step-by-step program to making money online. You are one of the very few that I believe can actually do it. I am hoping I will be able to afford the program. Hope you can come up with a solution for us poor newbies who have been tapped out by all the scams. Maybe some type of program that has an affordable initial payment and subsequent payments based on increasing income. I know that would rely on people’s basic honesty (a dangerous thing).     Your concept sounds great but as a newbie it always seems that these products we buy like how to start your online business is a way for you guys to make your money and give us nothing of any value and you walk away with the cash. So with that said i am very interested to see what you come up with and to see if it is really any different than from what i seen in the pass lately i have just been deleting all the garbage but i will look into yours!

    I feel crap today full of cold :( What was interesting on the pricing
    part I did a rough maths which is not my strong point .But it looked like you could sell to a 1000 at 47 but you got same “profit” of 200 at 197 and the middle was about 3k roughly. It reminds of an Andrew Reynolds product where he put up the price and each time he got a better response in terms of profit. Human nature we all perceive big ticket as big value. Its like branding people will spend 400 on an “Armani” suit when they could get a bespoke suit cut how they want in material of choice etc. Offcourse off the shelf is “easy” and quick but hey thats psychology ?? Im beginning to learn :) . Like your points Very Good Knowledge tnx Mike

    I’d like to have written reports because I can’t watch/listen to the videos/mp3s at work. I have some time to spend at work with learning internet marketing stuff, but only if it’s written! That’s my main reason why written reports are far better than video/audio.

    Why not in shape a written report with links to online videos. If video there is no need of so many pages…

    I bought a report now that had a one-time-cost low price and 50 videos in this report.

    It must be a lot of job to compose a report that describe step, by step instructions with screenshot and so on.

    But when this is done I think that there will be many buyers if the price is not too high as it is a big demand for this.

    Perhaps this can be done in different level too and a new investigation seems need to be done before.

    The informative videos that you have created are sincerely appreciated as is your honesty.

    I attempted many times over the past three years attempting to earn money online. After thousands of mistakes, I still realize that there is a way to profit and your information helps me to continue to believe this.

    On the advice of other I.M. geniuses, I have created an e-book product that targets a niche and am in the process of creating private member content to support it.

    But it is incredibly intensive to write each one and I feel that I need to write hundreds, but yet have only maybe 25 articles as I write this.

    I have built the membership website by myself but it is not yet available.

    My question is: Aside from having a viable product, how much content is necessary to launch a private membership site, and how much of this should be in the public site that I have not yet revised?

    I apologize for the length of this message, but thank you very much for your help in advance.
